Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Engine-ious Models. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email at hello@engine-ious.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition

- All components, packaging, and instructions must be included

- Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel

Items that are returned damaged, incomplete, or in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@engine-ious.c.uk with your order number and reason for return

2. We will confirm the return address and any specific instructions

3. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or delivered in error.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

- Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)

- Items returned after 28 days from delivery
