At Engine-ious Models, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices.
1. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.
During peak times or in the event of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you by email.
Casting service dispatch times will be communicated via email on a case by case basis, as factors such as complexity of the design requested, order volume and burnout kiln availability will vary for each order.
2. Shipping Methods
We use trusted UK postal and courier services to deliver your orders. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Standard delivery services may include:
- Royal Mail First or Second Class
- Tracked courier services for larger orders
We do not currently offer same-day or express delivery unless otherwise arranged.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- UK Mainland
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
International shipping may be available on request — please contact us before placing an order for a quote.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our site.
5. Tracking and Confirmation
When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, please contact us so we can investigate.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
